Thanks for reaching out Jackie! If you’re using it in a classroom setting, a blended learning station rotation model is a great option. If you are looking for more home use, you might create an incentive program by setting goals alongside with families that feel attainable for them and their schedule.

The school has 60 licences and it’s hard to prioritise. Also some students don’t want to use it and some students don’t do the time at home. Any ideas on how to manage this would be greatly appreciated. I take out three small groups for Lexia which is a third of the students .

Above I read that “The term has become pretty ubiquitous in educational settings, so I’m not sure where it originated, and it isn’t specifically associated with EdTech.”, so I thought you might appreciate the whole backstory.

The blog post has the link to my massive Padlet of crowdsourced Learning In The Loo ideas to which educators have been contributing (or borrowing) for the past 5 years.
